Privacy Policy
Voxl Co ("we", "us", "our") is a custom 3D printing studio in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, operated as a sole proprietorship by Julio Marin. We sell handmade 3D-printed products through Etsy (voxlco.etsy.com), TikTok Shop (@voxlco), and Instagram (@voxlco), and operate this website at www.voxlco.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run our business, fulfill orders, and (where you choose) email you about Voxl Co.
- Order information (collected via Etsy/TikTok Shop, not directly on this website): name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (if provided), product variants, and order amount.
- Email signups (this website): email address you submit through the signup form on voxlco.com. Stored and processed by our form provider (Formspree) under their privacy terms.
- Communications: messages you send through Etsy Conversations, TikTok Shop chat, Instagram DMs, or email at voxlcostudio@gmail.com.
- Marketplace data: Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Instagram collect additional information under their own privacy policies. We receive only the subset needed to fulfill orders.
- Website analytics: we operate www.voxlco.com without tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and uptime monitoring.
We do not collect: payment card numbers (handled by Etsy/TikTok payment processors — we never see them), government identification, social security numbers, biometric data, or precise geolocation beyond your shipping address.
2. How we use information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- Process, print, package, and ship your order.
- Communicate with you about order status, custom requests, and post-purchase support.
- Send the welcome email and occasional studio updates if you signed up on voxlco.com (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
We do not use your information to: build marketing profiles, sell your data, perform automated decision-making with legal effect, or train any third-party AI model.
3. Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary information with the following categories of recipients:
- Marketplaces: Etsy, TikTok Shop, Instagram — for order and payment processing.
- Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx — to deliver your order.
- Payment processors: handled by the marketplaces; we do not directly process payment data.
- Form provider: Formspree processes email signups from voxlco.com on our behalf.
- Service providers: Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (DNS / website security), and our static hosting provider operate under their own data processing terms.
- Legal authorities: when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
We never sell your personal information. We never share your data with third parties for their independent marketing.
4. TikTok Shop data handling
When you place an order through TikTok Shop, TikTok shares with us only the data needed to fulfill that order: your shipping address, contact details, item, and order ID. We access this data through TikTok Shop's Seller API under the scopes you authorize. We store this data only for the period required for order fulfillment, customer service, and tax compliance, and we do not transfer it outside the United States.
5. Data retention
We retain order information for as long as required by U.S. tax law (currently 7 years for sales records) and to support warranty, returns, and customer service requests. Communications are retained for up to 3 years unless tied to an open order. Email signup data is retained until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a suppression record (your email hash) to honor your opt-out. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be retained indefinitely for business analysis.
6. Data security
We protect your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
- Encrypted local storage of order data on access-controlled devices.
- HTTPS-only communication on all properties we control.
- Two-factor authentication on all marketplace, email, and admin accounts.
- Limited access — only the business owner and one authorized helper handle order data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data incident that affects you, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you.
- Provide a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Stop sending you marketing emails (every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link).
If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), or another U.S. state with consumer privacy law, you have additional rights including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR), you have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Children's privacy
Voxl Co's products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Our 3D-printed sculptures and figurines are sold as adult collectible decor and are not designed or marketed as children's toys.
9. International users
We operate from Florida, United States. If you place an order or sign up from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your home country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or applicable law changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through our Etsy shop announcement and via the email on file for any open orders or active email subscribers. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
