Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.voxlco.com (the "Site") and any related communications, email signups, or marketing materials operated by Voxl Co. By using the Site or signing up for emails, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Important: we do not sell directly through this Site. All product purchases happen on Etsy or TikTok Shop, and those marketplaces' own terms govern your purchase, payment, shipping, and returns. These Terms cover the Site itself, our email list, and any direct communications with Voxl Co.
1. Who we are
Voxl Co is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Julio Marin in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. "Voxl Co", "we", "us", and "our" refer to that business. "You" means the visitor or subscriber.
2. The Site is informational
The Site exists to introduce Voxl Co, link to our active shops, and offer an email signup. We may describe products, prices, lead times, materials, and process. We try to keep this information accurate but make no promise that everything on the Site is current or error-free at any given moment. Authoritative product information — including price, stock, lead time, and variants — lives on the listing in the marketplace where you check out.
3. Orders happen on Etsy and TikTok Shop
When you click "Shop on Etsy" or "Shop on TikTok" you leave voxlco.com and enter a third-party marketplace. Your purchase is a contract between you and the marketplace seller (us, Voxl Co), governed by:
- The marketplace's terms of service (Etsy or TikTok).
- The marketplace's payment, shipping, and refund policies.
- Our shop policy posted on that marketplace.
We follow each marketplace's seller policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the marketplace's terms or policies regarding a purchase, the marketplace's terms govern the purchase itself.
4. Products and made-to-order
Most Voxl Co products are made-to-order — printed by hand after you place the order. Posted lead times (typically 5–7 business days before shipping) are estimates, not guarantees. If something will take longer because of a queue, material delay, or design complexity, we'll message you on the marketplace where you ordered.
3D-printed products carry minor visual variation between units (layer lines, color blending, small surface artifacts). This is normal for the medium and not a defect.
Our sculptures, figurines, and decor are sold as adult collectible decor, not as toys for children. They are not certified for children's safety standards (ASTM F963 / CPSIA) and should not be given to children under 14 without adult supervision.
5. Custom orders
If you commission a custom print (your design, your dimensions, your color combo):
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use any design or artwork you send us.
- You grant us a limited license to use that material solely to make and ship your order.
- We will not reuse, resell, or publicly post your custom design without your consent.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once printing begins. Cancellation before printing starts is honored where possible — message us as fast as you can.
- We reserve the right to decline any custom request, including but not limited to: requests that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights, weapons replicas designed to deceive, or anything that violates law or marketplace policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, logos, photographs, and the Voxl Co brand are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except that you may:
- Share product photos on social media with credit to @voxlco.
- Print or save pages for your personal, non-commercial use.
Designs we create for the Voxl Co catalog (including our flexi creatures, name signs, and custom sculptures) remain our intellectual property unless we specifically transfer rights to you in writing.
7. Email list
If you sign up for our email list, you consent to receive occasional emails from Voxl Co — typically new product launches, restocks, behind-the-scenes content, and the welcome discount. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list within 10 business days. We never sell or rent the list.
8. Discount codes
Any discount we offer (including the "10% off your first print" signup incentive) is:
- Single-use per customer, unless we say otherwise.
- Valid only on its specified marketplace (typically Etsy).
- Subject to the marketplace's promotional rules.
- Not combinable with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Subject to expiration — codes are valid for 90 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
We may modify or end any promotion at any time. If a code stops working, contact us and we'll honor the original offer where reasonable.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public areas.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site without permission.
- Submit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation.
- Submit false or stolen email addresses to the signup form.
10. Third-party links
The Site links out to Etsy, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using a third-party link means you accept that site's terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product photos approximate real items; small variation is expected for handmade 3D-printed goods.
Decorative products are intended for display. Some materials (PLA in particular) deform above ~130°F (55°C) — don't place prints in hot cars, dishwashers, or direct sustained sunlight unless we specifically built it for outdoor use (PETG or ASA).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxl Co and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voxl Co from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) custom designs or content you submit to us, or (c) your misuse of any Voxl Co product.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes about a marketplace purchase are first subject to that marketplace's resolution process.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the Site and via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
